Unfortunately, this item is not returnable. If an item has been damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will need a photo to determine the outcome. Any visual defects/damages must be refused before accepting the item. If a package is damaged, it must be opened and inspected to see if there is internal damage as well. If so, the piece must be refused. If a shipment with multiple packages is received, only the damaged package must be refused. If you notice any damage, you should take a photo of it before accepting it and/or signing for delivery. If a concealed damage is discovered after delivery, we need a picture of the box and the damaged part. A replacement part or a full replacement will be shipped and it is up to the manufacturer to determine whether a new item will be shipped or simply a replacement for the damaged part. Please keep in mind that there are splits that are common in Teak known as hairline cracks and are not covered as a defect, unless there is structural damage to the furniture. Please send photos to info@ and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
