As a registered dietitian, certified lactation counselor, and a mother of a 26 month old little man I am passionate about starting babies and toddlers out with optimal nutrition. The first 1000 days of life set the stage for all the days to follow and nutrition plays a pivotal role in this. I focus on providing evidence based support to moms so they can make the best nutrition choices for their little one. I would love to empower you on your breastfeeding and starting solids journey!
