The PCO104 is a basic turn-key 30A control panel for the powder coating oven. With a built-in timer function, the included PID controller is able to hold the temperature for a certain period of time then power off the burner. To reset the timer and start another batch, press the blue reset button momentarily. During the batch, one can use a manual switch to turn ON/OFF the burner if needed. A yellow 2-in-1 voltmeter & ammeter shows the system power status. The alarm buzzer can be used for temperature alarm and/or finishing alarm. Separate alarm mute switch is included. If you need light & fan control, please go to PCO204. Features: Powder coated wall-mount enclosure with knockouts. Dual-line display PID controller with a built-in timer function. Illuminated 22mm switches for intuitive operation. Flashing buzzer and illuminated alarm mute switch. Mini 2-in-1 Volt and Amp meter for displaying system power level.
