Flat Files
Customize your files to meet your own needs with these versatile five or ten drawer flat files. Each flat file is constructed with a heavy gauge steel frame and front supports for stacking strength. Heavy gauge side-roller assembly with case hardened steel ball bearing rollers and extra strong drawer rails insure smooth drawer operation without jamming. Safety stops prevent drawers from pulling out too far; rear hood and hinged front depressor in each drawer protect sheets and prevent them from curling. Five drawer unit has 2.125” deep drawers capable of storing up to 500 sheets per unit for active filing or 1000 sheets for inactive storage. Ten drawer units with 1.125” drawers provide the easiest retrieval of materials and minimize material abuse. Closed recessed base raises unit off ground for protection and allows up to five units to be safely stacked. Open base has enclosed back and sides with an open front for extra storage space. Raises file 20” off ground. Open base allows up to 3 units to be safely stacked. Mix and match units to achieve the maximum in filing possibilities. Two sizes are offered. One to accommodate 30” x 42” documents and one to accommodate up to 36” x 48” documents. Available in black, gray or tropical sand.
