Most fret saws suffer from 3 things: the frame is made from flimsy, low-quality steel preventing adequate blade tensioning, inadequate blade clamps causing blade slippage and undersized handles that are hard to grip. This Swiss made Grobet fret saw addresses all of these issues beautifully. The frame is made from 1/4 square stainless steel and will accept and hold a considerable amount of blade tension.
