A liquid of pure ground metals is ideal as a finish coat or as a base for treating with any patina and tinting solutions. Produces a true metallic finish on virtually any paintable surface. Excellent for mixed media applications, the acrylic gloss medium and varnish has myriad uses. Traditionally this medium is mixed with acrylic paint for smoother brush strokes and a uniform gloss finish, or applied as a final gloss varnish. This medium thins with water and can also be used for glazing, as an adhesive, in thick applications in molds or armatures for a flexible, plastic-like effect, and in papier mache projects. This is the ideal primer for oil painting on vellum.
