Short-Lid (1 ½), easy to access boxes for the long term storage of papers, manuscripts, magazines, small posters, comic books, large books, etc. Shallow boxes make it easy to catalog & store your collection, yet difficult to overload.  As always, like sizes should be stored together and we suggest that items be interleaved with buffered acid-free tissue to prevent acid migration and scuffing during storage.  Fragile papers and manuscripts should be placed in acid-free folders or map print folders for additional protection. Manufactured from 60 pt. Dark Grey, Light Grey or Tan acid/lignin-free buffered (pH 8.5) board with metal reinforced edges for extra strength during handling, storage and stacking.
