This 1 dram sized Mango flavoring has a million uses! It can be used in beer and winemaking at a rate of 1 to 2 drams per 5-6 gallons, depending on desired flavor. Super concentrated, this flavoring is water-soluble, easily incorporates in beer and wine and give a wonderful flavor! These are also ideal for hard seltzer and carbonated water. In fact. we have found great success with using these here in the store to make carbonated water to drink during the day (when we can't have beer and wine!) Just add 1 or 2 of these into a 5 gallon keg full of water, carbonate, and you're good to go! Give LorAnn Super Strength Flavorings a try in your next creation!

This flavor has not been diluted in water or oil. Perfect for hard candy making and ideal for candies, frostings, fudges, and chocolates. 3-4 times stronger than alcohol based flavorings or extracts. When using in place of an extract, use 1/3 of what the recipe calls for. 1 dram = 1/8 ounce = 1 tsp.
