Glassine is a thin, translucent glazed paper made of 100% sulphate. It is a staple for fine art print conservation, preservation and storage, as well as suitable for the protection of documents and original drawings (pastel, charcoal, pencil and mixed media included). It is also recommended as an interleaving sheet between prints when the prints are totally dry or in portfolios and as flyleaf pages in books and photo albums. This slick, lightweight, translucent paper is available in both sheets and rolls and is made in the USA. It is acid-free with a Neutral pH and totally archival.
