Sizes 12 in. x 16 in. and larger incude stretcher braces for extra strength, and to help prevent warping. The Monterey Premium Cotton surface is Masterpiece's most popular and economical cotton style. It has a 7 oz. medium weight and medium surface texture, and a 10.5 oz. weight after priming. Each surface has 1 coat of sizing, 2 coats af acrylic primer, and 3 coats of ground. All canvases are pH balanced and archival quality.
