Anyone try dissolving GlueStick with IPA/Isopropyl Alcohol,Water

Yo mates, Wild thought, Is it possible to dissolve GlueStick with IPA/Isopropyl Alcohol or Water or something similar to brush it on the TEXTURED PEI PLATE? Unfortunately I print almost everything in PetG, the one type of filament that the PEI Textured Plate says you have to use a gluestick barrier on the plate to print. (Or else it destroys the plate) (Windex is not on the shelfes here in Sweden, I wish since I would use it both for airbrush purposes, 3D-printing and my dirty car windows…)
